Here’s Everything we know about Lego Dimensions

Hello Friends, just doing a quick follow up post on a fun video we just did on everything that we know about Lego Dimensions.  Here’s all of the details so far:

There is an ancient planet at the center of the LEGO Multiverse inhabited by an evil mastermind, Lord Vortech. It is said that he who controls the Foundational Elements that this planet is built upon, controls all of the Multiverse. Lord Vortech has vowed to be that ruler, summoning characters from a variety of LEGO worlds to help him find these building bricks of LEGO civilization. Some have agreed. Others have rebelled. And only the combined powers of the greatest LEGO heroes can stop him.
When a mysterious and powerful vortex suddenly appears in various LEGO worlds, different characters from DC Comics, The Lord of the Rings and The LEGO Movie are swept away. To save their friends, Batman, Gandalf and Wyldstyle bravely jump into the vortex. As they journey to locations beyond their wildest imaginations in search of their friends, they soon realize that Lord Vortech is summoning villains from across different LEGO worlds to help him gain control. As his power grows, worlds mix, unexpected characters meet and all boundaries are broken. Our heroes must travel through space and time to rescue their friends before the vortexes destroy all of LEGO humanity.

Welcome To Toys2Life A Blog For Gamers By Gamers!

Hello everyone, let me start this off by introducing myself.  I am a 32 year old video game enthusiast who loves collecting, playing, reading, writing, and breathing video games.  Welcome to my page.  I started this blog to highlight the things and video games that I am most interested in and to hopefully meet some new and interesting like minded creators.  I have a wonderful wife and 8 year old son who both support and help fuel my passion for all things video games.  The games I like the most, if you haven’t guessed it already are, Disney Infinity, Skylanders, the soon to be Lego Dimensions, Terraria, Minecraft, Happy Wheels, and just about all things Indie.  I will post regularly about our favorite games and cool stuff that we are following.  I also have a facebook, twitter, and YouTube Channel where we post all kinds of fun and interesting things, mostly pertaining to gaming.  Thanks for viewing and feel free to leave me a comment if you have any official leads or tips on anything that I am covering.

Top 10 Reasons To Get Excited About Disney Infinity 3.0

Hello Infiniteers, are you excited about Disney Infinity 3.0?  We are!  Here are our top 10 reasons to get excited (or not) about Disney Infinity 3.0.  It looks like this game is shaping up to be the best in the series yet…

1.  Disney Infinity 3.0 is getting Star Wars.  Whether you are a Star Wars fan or not, you can’t deny it’s presence and the added coolness and nerd factor that the Star Wars Genre will bring to Disney Infinity.

2. The Racing Mechanics have been greatly improved.  With Developer Sumo Digital (Publisher of the Sonic All Star Racing Games) at the helm of the racing mechanics, we are going to see a lot more fun with the racing side of things in Disney Infinity 3.0.

3. Toy Box Games.  The Toy Box Games have been revamped this time around to be more of a singular and fun experience than the previous Toy Box Games in Disney Infinity 2.0.  The Toy Box Games will be sold separately as expansions and this time around will feature Disney exclusive experiences, unlike the previous, which you could build in Toy Box.  We are going to get our money’s worth with the Disney Infinity 3.0 Toy Box Games.  Some of the Toy Box Games included will be Toy Box Takeover and The Speedway.

4. More Playsets.  We’ll be getting much more of a Disney experience in this years Disney Infinity 3.0 Playsets than in the previous installment.  So far, we’ve got 5 Playsets to work with, 3 Star Wars, 1 Disney Original, and 1 Marvel.  I am holding out that there will be more announcements on future playsets as well.

5.  Farming.  Disney Infinity 3.0 adds a new farming experience.  Unpopular at the time of this writing, I think that farming in Disney Infinity 3.0 will be a huge plus and factor in upgrading our Disney Infinity 3.0 Experience.  Farming in Disney Infinity 3.0 will be used to upgrade your sidekicks which will be used as mini helpers that quest right alongside you in your campaign.

6. Inside Out.  We are getting a full Playset based off the soon to be summer box office hit movie Inside Out which is sure to be a coll and relevant experience for children and adults of all ages.

7.  Compatibility.  All Previous characters from the previous Disney Infinity games will work on the newest installment of Disney Infinity 3.0.

8.  Toy Box.  The Disney Infinity 3.0 Toy Box will host a big series of improvements.  What notable feature is a Toy Box Hub where it will be easier to find a certain Toy Box that you are looking directly for instead of shuffling through menus.  The Toy Box Hub will make it feel like much more of a direct playable experience instead of a pick and choose.  We will also be seeing improved Toy Box functionalities and new items, Disney pieces, and much more in the Toy Box.  Personally, the Toy Box is my favorite feature of Disney Infinity and I’m really excited to see what it has to offer.

9.  A real Mickey and Minnie Mouse Character.  Not only are we getting Inside Out Characters, but we’re getting “The Real” Mickey and Minnie Mouse Characters along with more Disney Original characters such as Sam and Quorra from Tron, and Mulan.  There may still be more unannounced characters.  With Disney Infinity the possibilities are infinite.

10.  With Star Wars, Marvel, and Disney Licensed Characters, you can’t go wrong.  Whether or not you are a child or adult, the nostalgia factor will be there.  You can play with your favorite characters from Disney’s past and present, along with your favorite Marvel Characters past and present, and now Star Wars.

Disney Interactive listens to it’s fans and responds resoundingly well.  We will see a major improvement in the Disney Infinity 3.0 Star Wars Edition and I personally can’t wait for this next installment in the Disney Franchise!  Are you excited about Disney Infinity 3.0?  Let us know why or why not…
